Fall In Love with Your Retreat
You created your retreat because there is an experience you want to share with your people.
That experience probably does not include stress over what information you want attendees to submit and when, how to organize speaker and facilitator information, the best way to schedule events and sessions so there is a perfect arc to the journey and an ideal balance between rest and activity, or worry about last minute communication snafus.
What if, instead, you had a partner to take some of the logistics, planning, and communication off your plate and work alongside you to make the retreat relaxing -- even for you?
And what if that super organized person with crazy good project management and communication skills honed by 18 years in education, 5 years in corporate, and 10+ years as an entrepreneur was ALSO an intuitive writer who could offer you a range of enhancements to add to the depth of experience and lasting impact of your retreat?
If this has you saying, "Be still my heart," you're in the right place. And I would love to talk with you.

Here are two ways I love to work with retreat organizers:
Project Management
A Helping Hand to Organize, Plan & Keep Track of All the Moving Parts
There's A LOT that goes into organizing and delivering a retreat. I am going to be super transparent with you: I do not do all of it. But the parts I do can mean the difference between a stressful experience for you and your participants and facilitators, and a happy one.
Each Retreat Project Management package is customized to your needs, and pricing depends on the scope of work. Here are a few of the ways I offer support to retreat organizers:
- Creation of custom Google forms to collect info from participants and speakers/facilitators.
- Creation of Google sheets to turn the collected information into easy to understand and use spreadsheets.
- Customized tables/sheets to share with the facility/venue capturing all of the data they require from you to run your event.
- Communication and follow up with speakers and participants to hunt down missing or late information.
- Creation of a master schedule based on your expressed goals for the retreat. I'll take all of the disparate pieces and plot them out against the time available and other factors like location to suggest a flow that brings participants on a seamless and meaningful journey.
- Creation of daily schedule docs that can be shared with participants the night before so everyone knows what's happening where the next day.
- Creation of basic marketing materials for your speakers -- this can include copywriting as well as simple Canva graphics like branded frames for speaker headshots.
- Canva design for handouts and workbooks to create a consistent, branded, and beautiful experience for your attendees.
My zone of genius does not include bookkeeping, tech, or intense graphic design, so it isn't aligned for me to handle payments, coding or behind-the-scenes tech stuff, or anything more involved than the creation of a workbook, handout, or simple graphic.
If there's something you want support with that isn't covered here, let's chat about it! I'll be honest with you about whether it makes sense for me to handle it or if another resource is a better option.
My goal is to take my love for jigsaw puzzles and finding the thread that ties things together and put it to use for you as you craft an unparalleled experience for your participants. I believe it's possible to do that with joy instead of overwhelm. How about you?
Retreat Writing Partnership
A Complete Written Experience for Your Travelers, Before, During, and After the Journey
Travel changes people. The right questions and gentle guidance, offered at the right moments, helps them experience and embody that at a whole new level.
The Retreat Writing Partnership is a fully customizable written and audio experience designed to deepen everything a retreat already offers. Travelers move through a gentle arc of daily meditations, morning questions, evening journal prompts, and post-trip integration work that helps them name what shifted and decide what to carry forward.
Nothing requires a time slot on the itinerary. Every piece is optional, unhurried, and designed to feel like a gift rather than an assignment.
What my involvement looks like is entirely up to you. I can attend the retreat and be a quiet, complementary support for your participants throughout the journey. Or I can hand you a complete, ready-to-deliver package before you leave and you take it from there. Everything in between is on the table.
If you lead retreats and want your travelers to return home carrying something they did not bring with them, let's talk about what this could look like for your next one.
