Monthly Workshop Series: Grounding Circles for Female Business Owners
An Invitation to Pause, Reflect, and Reclaim
Once a month, we will gather to address the tensions that pull at you as you build your business: the pressure to perform, the weight of scattered focus, the exhaustion of maintaining a version of yourself that doesn't feel true.
These Grounding Circles are designed to offer immediate relief and actionable clarity.
Each session addresses a specific challenge you're facing right now and provides a framework you can use immediately. They're intimate, nourishing experiences where you can speak honestly, think clearly, and leave with something tangible. At their core, they're about reclaiming your voice: the one you've edited down, the one you've made more palatable, the one that's been waiting for permission to tell the truth.
These workshops take place on the second Tuesday of each month (unless otherwise noted) from 6:30 to 7:30 pm. The investment to attend is never monetary. Instead, I ask for an act of kindness: something you do for someone else, yourself, or the world.
This is my way of building community around what matters most: care, intention, and
the courage to show up authentically. Learn more about each month’s Circle below!

February: The Permission Workshop: Claiming Your Right to Evolve
You've evolved. Your business has evolved. But somewhere along the way, you started feeling like you need to justify why you're not the same person who started this journey.
You don't.
In this 60-minute Grounding Circle, we create space for you to acknowledge your evolution without the need for anyone else's stamp of approval. You'll craft a "permission statement" that authorizes your next chapter and releases you from the weight of other people's expectations.
This is about reclaiming your right to evolve without justifying yourself.
Who This Is For: Female business owners who have outgrown their current positioning, pivoted their work, or simply evolved beyond who they were when they started. You know you've changed, and you're ready to fully embody it without apology or hesitation.
What You'll Leave With: A permission statement you can return to whenever you feel pulled back into old versions of yourself.
Investment: An act of kindness that lets someone know they are loved
Format: Intimate virtual gathering with guided reflection and group support

March: From Scattered to Selective: Finding Your Through-Line
You have so many interests. So many ideas. So many directions you could take your work. And all of that possibility is starting to feel like pressure.
What if the problem isn't that you have too many passions, but that you haven't found the thread connecting them?
In this 60-minute Grounding Circle, we work through a framework that identifies your through-line: the connective tissue that runs through your seemingly disparate interests. When you find it, you reclaim the clarity to speak about your work with confidence instead of apology.
Who This Is For: Multipassionate female business owners who feel scattered by their varied interests and struggle to articulate what ties their work together. You're tired of apologizing for not fitting into one neat category.
What You'll Leave With: A clear articulation of your through-line through the practice of the "Sacred Wheel" framework.
Investment: An act of kindness that helps someone find clarity or direction
Format: Intimate virtual gathering with guided reflection and group support

April: The Visibility Recalibration: Being Seen Without Performing
You know how to show up professionally. You know what to say, how to say it, what gets the right response.
But you have this sneaking suspicion that sometimes things switch to autopilot, and the raw beauty of your heart and vision gets masked with an easier, default performance of going through the motions.
In this 60-minute Grounding Circle, we identify one place where you're "performing" and craft language that reflects who you actually are. Then we practice saying it out loud in the safety of the circle.
This is voice reclamation in real time.
Who This Is For: Female business owners who need a practice of reconnecting their daily, outward expression with the fire and inspiration that lives at the core of their work. You know the vision is there, but it's getting lost in the day-to-day performance.
What You'll Leave With: New language that feels true to who you are and the courage to use it.
Investment: An act of kindness that creates space for someone to be themselves
Format: Intimate virtual gathering with guided reflection and group support

May: Rewriting Your Origin Story: What You Actually Want People to Know
When people ask how you got here, you have a version of the story you tell. It's polished. It makes sense. It connects the dots in a way that sounds compelling.
But it's not the whole truth.
In this 60-minute Grounding Circle, we excavate the real story: the moments that actually shaped your work, the turns that didn't make it into the LinkedIn version, the parts you've been told aren't professional enough to share.
Then we craft a version that feels true rather than just palatable.
Who This Is For: Female business owners who have been telling the sanitized version of their story for so long they've started to forget what's actually true. You're ready to reclaim the messy, real narrative that shaped your work.
What You'll Leave With: An origin story that reflects the actual journey, not just the highlights reel.
Investment: An act of kindness that honors someone's story or journey
Format: Intimate virtual gathering with guided reflection and group support

June: The Midyear Recalibration: What's Still True and What's Not
Six months ago, you set intentions. Made plans. Committed to a direction.
And now? Some of it still fits. Some of it doesn't. But you keep executing anyway because changing course feels like failure.
In this 60-minute Grounding Circle, we assess what's actually working and release what isn't. We adjust course without guilt, without apology, and without starting over.
Who This Is For: Female business owners who are executing on plans that no longer feel aligned but are afraid that changing direction means admitting failure. You need permission to adjust without starting over.
What You'll Leave With: Clarity on what deserves your energy for the rest of the year and permission to let go of what doesn't.
Investment: An act of kindness that helps someone release what no longer serves them
Format: Intimate virtual gathering with guided reflection and group support

July: The Courage Audit: What You're Not Saying (And Why)
There's something you're not saying. In your messaging. In your conversations. In the way you present your work.
You know it's there. You can feel the weight of editing yourself, of making your truth more palatable, of softening what you actually believe.
In this 60-minute Grounding Circle, we identify one truth you've been downplaying and explore what would shift if you actually said it. Then we craft language to test it.
This is about reclaiming the parts of your voice you've learned to silence.
Who This Is For: Female business owners who have been editing themselves to be more palatable, more professional, more acceptable. You know there's something you're not saying, and you're ready to find the courage to say it.
What You'll Leave With: Language that reflects what you actually believe and a plan for testing it in the world.
Investment: An act of kindness that encourages someone to speak their truth
Format: Intimate virtual gathering with guided reflection and group support

August: Simplifying Your Story: From Resume to Narrative
When you introduce yourself, it sounds like a list. Your title. Your credentials. Your experience.
All true. All impressive. And yet it falls short of conveying your why and the deep impact you facilitate.
In this 60-minute Grounding Circle, we distill your experience into a story that reveals purpose rather than just listing qualifications. When you move from resume to narrative, you reclaim the power of your own story.
Who This Is For: Female business owners who introduce themselves with credentials and titles but feel disconnected from the rote recitation. You want to convey purpose, not just qualifications.
What You'll Leave With: An introduction that sounds like you and reveals what actually matters about your work.
Investment: An act of kindness that helps someone see their own worth beyond their achievements
Format: Intimate virtual gathering with guided reflection and group support

September: The Confidence Reset: Reconnecting with What You Know
The imposter syndrome spiral is real. You question your expertise. You wonder if you actually know enough. You qualify every statement with "I think" or "in my experience."
But here's the truth: you know things. Real things. Things earned through experience, failure, practice, and showing up.
In this 60-minute Grounding Circle, we map your genuine authority and practice owning it without qualification.
This is about reclaiming your right to know what you know.
Who This Is For: Female business owners caught in the imposter syndrome spiral who qualify their expertise and downplay what they know. You're ready to own your authority without apologizing for it.
What You'll Leave With: A clear map of your expertise and language to claim it without apology.
Investment: An act of kindness that affirms someone's expertise or knowledge
Format: Intimate virtual gathering with guided reflection and group support

October: Your Voice, Unfiltered: Writing That Sounds Like You
You write like a professional. Clear. Correct. Completely devoid of personality.
When people read your work, they don't hear your voice. They hear the voice of every other person in your industry.
In this 60-minute Grounding Circle, we identify your actual speaking patterns and translate them into written communication that feels recognizable as yours.
This is literal voice reclamation: writing the way you actually speak.
Who This Is For: Female business owners whose writing sounds generic and corporate, even though their spoken voice is distinct and engaging. You want your writing to sound like you, not like everyone else in your field.
What You'll Leave With: A writing sample that sounds like you and permission to stop performing professionalism on the page.
Investment: An act of kindness that amplifies someone's voice or message
Format: Intimate virtual gathering with guided reflection and group support

November: The Gratitude Practice That Actually Works: Acknowledging Your Path
Gratitude journals. Thankfulness posts. Year-end reflections that feel like obligations.
You know you're supposed to be grateful. But the practice feels performative, not grounding.
In this 60-minute Grounding Circle, we identify specific moments and choices that got you here. Not to celebrate everything, but to acknowledge your agency in building what you have.
Who This Is For: Female business owners who are tired of performative gratitude practices that feel obligatory rather than grounding. You want to acknowledge your path in a way that honors your agency, not just your blessings.
What You'll Leave With: A gratitude practice that grounds you in your own power rather than obligatory thankfulness.
Investment: An act of kindness that acknowledges someone's effort or resilience
Format: Intimate virtual gathering with guided reflection and group support

December: Returning to Why: A Year-End Grounding Circle for Female Business Owners
Before you dive into 2027 planning, revenue goals, and strategic roadmaps, pause here.
This is the workshop that asks the question beneath all the other questions: Why do you do what you do?
Not why in theory. Why in practice. Why on the hard days. Why when the world pulls you in a thousand directions and your purpose feels like a luxury you can't afford.
This is not a typical planning workshop. You won't create a SWOT analysis or map out your Q1 marketing funnel. (Those things matter. They're just not what this hour is for.)
Instead, you'll explore your why experientially through guided meditation to ground and center, reflective journal prompts, sacred conversation in a circle of women who understand that business can be a path to soul fulfillment, and gentle guidance on staying connected to your purpose as you move forward.
Who This Is For: Female business owners who are committed to leading from purpose. Women who know their business exists to create change and positive impact. And anyone who's felt disconnected from their original vision and wants to find their way back.
What You'll Leave With: A deeper connection to the story of your business. The remembrance that it's a love story. And the clarity that your why isn't separate from your success. It's the source of it.
Investment: A donation in whatever amount feels right to a cause or organization that represents your business's deepest values
Format: Intimate virtual gathering with guided reflection and group support
